We offer extensive year-round training to our employees through our internal L&A University program (LandA U). L&A offers internships to college students who are currently pursuing their bachelor’s or master’s degree in the field of accounting, actuarial science or related fields. These internships provide real on-the-job training as well as exposure to entry-level accounting, audit, tax and actuary work in the accounting field.
L&A’s extensive internship program takes place primarily during the summer months, however, we do offer shorter internship opportunities over winter and spring breaks. Our recruitment and selection process for the summer internship program begins in September and extends through January for the following summer.
