Audit Services
  • Issue an opinion on the governmental activities, business-type activities,
    each major fund and the aggregate remaining fund information, which
    collectively comprise the governments basic financial statements
  • Perform an audit in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards;
    and if necessary, the standards for financial audits contained in Government
    Auditing Standards (2004), issued by the Comptroller General of the United
    States, and the Single Audit Act of 1996; and the provisions of OMB Circular
    A-133, Audits of States and Local Governments and Non-profit Organizations
  • If requested, assist in the implementation of authoritative pronouncement
    requirements, assistance in obtaining or securing the Certificate of
    Achievement from the GFOA
  • Preparation of (Comprehensive) Annual Financial Reports in accordance
    with generally accepted accounting principles for government entities
  • Preparation of a Management Letter which is utilized to recommend
    improvement of accounting practices and procedures and the internal
    accounting and administrative controls
